The main role of the Coordinator is to ensure that your day is carried out smoothly. This means you can arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception, since your coordinator will have already arrived in advance to get things ready. The Wedding Coordinator at Harmony Gardens knows the venue from top to bottom and can offer suggestions and ideas for decor and vendors. They will make sure everyone is in the right places at the right times for the entire event and make it as stress free as possible.
With a Day-Of Coordinator watching over the details of the day, you can enjoy all the special moments with your family and friends without worry. Who is going to direct your vendors? We will! Who will do your wedding rehearsal? We will! Your Wedding Day Coordinator will serve as the main contact to instruct and collaborate with vendors on your wedding day. They will be there to manage any last minute changes and coordinate attendants and family members. Approximately one month prior to your wedding the coordinator will discuss final details and plan your timeline.
